Title: FROM NC Post by: lowyalty1 on July 11, 2006, 08:39:41 PM I'M NEW I GOT A 48 FLEETLINE. i TOOK THE FRAME OFF OF IT. iM ALSO TAKIN THE FRAME OF A 72 MONTE CARLO TO PUT IT ON MY 48. MY FRIEND HAD PUT A 72 FRAME OF A MONTECARLO ON HIS 48 AND A 350 ENGINE AND AN AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. hE'S HELPING ME OUT ON MINE. MY CAR IS IN PERFECT CONDITION. I WILL PUT PICS UP LATER ON MY PROGRESS, i just ordered a visor for my 48 ($520.00) it'll be here in a week BUT HERES SOME PICS OF MY FRIENDS CAR THAT HAS A 72 MONTECARLO FRAME ON IT. :-D

I wanted to know what modifications you had to do to your Monte frame to fit under the aerosedan body. The Monte Carlo frame is 120"+ wheelbase while the Fleetline is 116". Did you shorten it? How about the width of the front end? Thanks.
