Yes but without the frame laying on the floor. The lowest point of the frame is about 2" from the floor, that's with the 16" artillery wheels, so imagine if I run a smaller rim or maybe a smaller tire.

Just used 4"x4" with construction type brackets and we added some lockable casters. I was thinking of having the body shop take care of putting the body back on but since I have to check some clearances I will be putting the body back on by man power. Then it needs to come back off so that I can get the frame powder coated. Below is a front view of the dolly.
